Inflation is a breeze with the included 9-inch two-way action pump. To inflate the ball, simply remove the inserted white plug (air stopper) from the hole, insert the pump tip, and inflate the ball to the desired size, typically taking around 7 minutes for a 50 cm ball. Once inflated, quickly replace the white plug to prevent air leakage.

If the nozzle doesn't seem to fit, ensure the white plug has been removed first. The ball is made of rubber, which can become tightly contracted when packed, so it may require some additional inflation to reach the full 20-inch size. If initial inflation is difficult, leaving the ball for a day and then pumping it again can allow the rubber to stretch and reach the recommended diameter.
